Practical training with a clear community purpose.

Navigation is a big part of the Progress Peel training program. This includes learning how navigation was done traditionally using the stars, planets, sun, and moon.

Along with studying astronomy, this part of the program tests students’ ability to manage a project from the beginning, including rocket design, to the end with a successful rocket launch.
